Merry Christmas...

Christmas was a blast. Ava had so much fun even though she didn't quite understand what to do. I think that she got way to much stuff this year. We went sledding the day after christmas and she loved it. After an hour or so she still wanted to stay and play. Cade got her a tiny sled with a back on it and a seatbelt so she could ride all by herself. I will try to post a video of her.

Naughty or Nice???

Does this look like the face of a girl who has been naughty this year? Ava got to tell santa what she wanted this year and I think she is going to get it. Who could say no to such a cheese ball!!

X-MAS CARDS WILL BE COMING SOON...

Last week Cade and I decided it was time to try something new. We went out and did our own family pictures. We asked Ashley to tag along to help us out and she did great. We ended up with some great pictures. I think we did pretty good. Then on Thanksgiving Cade's sister Tana took some more of us. The ones that I have seen...turned out so darling. I can't wait to see them all!!

Bitter Beer Face...

Ava's new thing is to pull faces and copy-cat anything you do. Our favorite is the kissy/bitter beer face. She sniffs really fast while she puckers her lips. You can hear her pulling that face all the time. It is so funny.

Painting Pumpkins

Tuesday we decided we better get our pumpkins done. This year we decided to paint instead of carve. It was so much better. We were done so much faster and not a huge mess. We got some great ideas from my friend Emma and the cute mummy was thought up by Brannon. They all turned out so cute. If these get smashed before Halloween I will be so MAD.

The food ideas were so good...

Last weekend we had our HALLOWEEN PARTY and PUMPKIN CARVING!! Everyone brought a Halloween dish for our GROSS and SPOOKY dinner. The dinner ideas could not have been better. We had " dog food, kitty litter cake, mummy dogs, little mummies, brains, guts, witch fingers, monster fingers" the list goes on and on. There were even a few things that I did not even want to try. Almost everyone dressed up and I am happy to say that the costumes were great! Between the pumpkin carving and the games everyone seemed to have plenty to keep them busy. It seemed to be a long day, but I am so glad that the family could get together. Hopefully we get to do this again next year. HAPPY HALLOWEEN TO EVERYONE!!

2 MoRe TeEtH...

Ava has 4 teeth now!! Her top front started to come in about 2 weeks ago. Now you can finally see them when she smiles. I love her sweet little smile, she looks like such a big girl. I have the feeling that she is really going to be causing trouble around here. So far the crib is safe, but anything else is fair game. I really need to get things put up that I don't want chew marks on!!

Oh &!#@ Ava Can Crawl....

What can I say she is such a smart baby! Ha Ha! In case you were wondering, I hacked Tina's page and thought I would post for her!

She has already perfected her technique since we took this video and gets around really well! Man she is fast!

Here are my two favorite girls, and yes sophie does come in third.! Tina makes a great mom, Ava is so lucky! I love you Tina! Love you Bug!

This was shortly after my birthday. Yes, officially I am old now. Tina will tell you. Sophie demolished all of the balloons right after the party, but we saved this one since Ava was so mesmerised by it!

Bikes

Ava has loved going on bike rides. I am so sad the weather is getting cold and we have not been on a ride for a while. She looks so cute in her little helmet!! I am glad Cade is brave enough to take her out. I don't think I could ever put her on the back of my bike. So THANKS Cade for making sure Ava has a fun time!!!!

Jackson Hole

Ava has never seen an animal this big......obviousley. She looks scared.

Last weekend we took a short trip to Wyoming. We went to visit my grandparents in Star Valley and decided we may as well just head up to Jackson Hole.

Ava finally has teeth!! 2 to be exact. The day after this picture she cut another one. Ava doesn't like people poking around in her mouth so this is the only picture I got. It took me and Natalie to snap this picture.

Advise for New mom's!!!

I have never been stuck at a store before without a bottle or a Binky...until the other day! I thought oh well I will just buy her "biter biscuits" and that should tied her over until I get home. BAD idea. I should have just bought her a new damn Binky! What a mess to clean up later. That crap does not wipe off! It was straight to the bathtub. Moral of the story is...never forget a Binky or bottle and if you do just buy a new one. It will save you so much time and frustration in the end!!

Camping in the Uintas...

Brannon came with little Gracey. She is only 5 weeks old!!

Over the weekend we went to the annual Warren Family Reunion. We had a great time. This was Ava's first camping trip. It was pretty warm most of the time which was a big change from the years past!! We had three little babies (Ava, Tucker and little tiny Gracey) they all did so good. I wish I could put all the pictures on here so everyone could see how much fun we had. A Mom's Best Friend!!

Ava can finally sit up on her own and since then things have been HEAVEN!!
This little chair of Cambers has become one of Ava's favorite things.
I can leave Ava in her chair and get things done. I just take her room to
room with me. I finally feel like I have some freedom.

I finally got Ava a high chair/ booster chair. It was so fun to just put food on her tray and let her figure out what she needs to do with it. I love that she can finally do things without my help.

Sparklers

Since Cade has missed most of the fireworks this year we decided to do a couple at home the other night. Ava has never seen them up close and she was so excited. Sparklers were her favorite. She kept trying to grab them and then she would just start to giggle. It was so cute. Aaron and Cade just kept lighting the sparklers until the box was empty.
